At University Hospitals, our weekly community of practice meetings are called Illuminators. They are grounded in the belief that transformation begins with people. Transformation doesn’t happen because one person has the answer. It begins when people stop protecting ideas and share them. In these sessions, our transformation doesn’t belong to a few leaders. It belongs to everyone.
